We were for a late breakfast in Perkins.
Every year when we are in Florida we do that on our 1st day. Big breakfast with good quality for a very good price.
The servers are fast and very good.

After a long travel day we had dinner here last night and started our day here this morning. I remember a Perkins when I went to Kent State that was a hangout. There are none left where we live. The food was really good and the staff very friendly and helpful. I’m sure they are short handed but you couldn’t tell. They are very good with people-elderly, those with communication issues.

We are here 2-3 times a month. Food is good-some things are overcooked (salmon, country fried steak) but burgers are AMAZING, the turkey dinner is FABULOUS, fries, broccoli, salads-all SO GOOD!! The service is hit or miss, but never terrible.

We get food to-go and eat at home. The food is always good! Great salads the Southwestern chicken or crunchy chicken salad. We're also big ham and cheese omelette people pancakes and don't forget the muffins! Yummy

I've been going to Perkins for the last 40 years and I have to say, overall, the food has been consistent. I'm a breakfast person, so I go narrow and deep when I visit. I don't talk to anyone until I've had my coffee. It's delivered in a carafe, which I greatly appreciate. No need acting like a mad man flagging down the staff for a warm up.
