This is a unique restaurant compared to others in Naples and very good. It is a small restaurant - so expect wait time with food, service and (if it's busy) for a table. My table shared the burrata plate, very yummy and fresh. I had the lamb for dinner which they said is one of their specialties and delicious. My one critique is I wish the portion of the side veggies was larger. I'll go back to try their pasta!

Where do I start?! One of the best meals i have ever had! That 35 hours of slow cooked short ribs was divine! Service was phenomenal and the sous vide technique is something of magicians. I highly highly suggest making time to visit and try the short ribs or one of their delicious pasta dishes! I can't think of anything to warrant less then 5 stars, which I rarely rate!!

Intimate place with not a lot of tables. Probably best to make a reservation. Service was handled by a couple of people for all of the tables. They were attentive and we never waited or needed anything. On the menu, they took pride in very fresh and local ingredients. Everything we ordered was perfect. Personally, I hardly ever order steak out. I can grill it at home to perfection. Their steak special sounded too good to pass up though. I liked that it's priced and ordered by the ounce! The steak was one of the best I've ever had. Cooked perfectly. Seasoned perfectly, served perfectly. It could not have been better. I got to try some of the homemade pasta too... That's what I'll get next time we go. I highly recommend Kitchen 41.

Tonight was my first time dining here and wow. My mom read about them in the paper and we went to check it out. We had the Barbara salad and Rigatoni Bolognese and Caesar salad. Even just the salads were incredible. You could really taste the difference of having fresh ingredients. I even asked if they sold their Caesar dressing because it was that good. And when I said how great it was they said they do sell it! I was thrilled. My mom said it was the best salad she’s had in Naples. The pasta was perfect and authentic. I was genuinely surprised that it wasn’t busy but it was just a Wednesday. Incredible service. Great menu. Delicious food. We are coming back next week! I hope it gets busier so more people can have this great food :)
