I can appreciate an extended wait due to staffing issues however after waiting 5+ minutes in drive thru only to receive a dry hard sandwich is unacceptable. I paid extra for 🍅 and you can see these tomatoes were flat and soggy. The pickles were also dry and the sandwich did not appear to be fresh.
The cashier was friendly but I would not recommend this location.

Horrible service. I waited to be served and I was completely ignored as the staff seemed to be placing more attention to drive thru orders. After waiting more than 5 -10 min without further acknowledgement I walked out. Horrible way to treat walk ins.

I don’t have high expectations when it comes to junk food. This place is decent, hit or miss. Last time I was here burger was not so fresh, soggy and had a strange smell… I’m taking a break from Burger King.

This is one of the first Burger King in the nation and still has the original arch. Nice service and super close to Riverwalk and a cool covered bridge.

What you can expect from a burger king but they do a good job on the food and regardless of being short staff they do what they can to get you served as quick as possible. As a customer definitely appreciate their effort

New Update: Service is a hit or miss here. There are times when they are great, and then there are times where you will be waiting a long time for your order.
My biggest disappointment is how often they get my order wrong. I feel like I need to check my bag before I drive off now. This is what happens with fast food.
Update: Dissatisfied with the quality of the chicken Parmesan sandwich...
