This is the best Subway in Naperville!!! Whenever our Certified Arborist's are in the area treating addressing tree issue with the crew we always stop here to eat. The service is quick and gets us back out saving trees in Naperville!!

I thought subway is supposed to have workers not sleepers. The guy who works here is closing early every day for his own convenience even though the time listed is 8pm and he’s closing at 7pm. One of them is very rude, while the other is making up random excuses. Would not recommend going to this subway.
To subway: please fire these people on the spot. They are the worst employees to represent your amazing company! Hope you guys see this!

I wish there was an option for negative rating. Extremely slow and untrained staff. Only one sandwich maker and she was more focused on talking with someone over headphones rather than customer standing in the shop. Mind you this Subway does not have drive thru, that means there is no need for headphones. NEVER STOP AT THIS PLACE. It will take over 40 mins to get your Sandwich.

I went here at 11:00am on 12/6/17 and began ordering a sandwich--mind you, there was nobody in line but me.
After I asked for Italian herb and cheese bread, the lady working there pulls out a loaf of plain bread and starts asking me "what type of cheese", I replied "may I choose my bread first? That's not what I want", she completely ignores me, insisting, "no, what type of cheese, what type of cheese???" as she rolled her eyes at us in disgust.
Shocked at the lack of general respect for customers and ignorance, I left immediately.
This is the second and last time this is going to happen--I am contacting Subway to file a complaint, as this is unacceptable behavior.
I can also reconfirm, as noted in Yelp, how unsanitary this location is with consistently non-functioning restrooms and workers who eat their own soup behind the counter WHILE serving customers.
They also give 1 napkin per order, no matter how many sandwiches you buy. Beyond disgusting and unsanitary!

Clean subway, great food if they arent out of it. Past few early afternoons ive gone , they are out of a lot. Especially the new ciabatta bread. Haven't been able to try it yet since they never have it. Dissapointed I'll have to go to a different subway just to try this supposedly good new bread. Cant get it at the one nearby for some reason. Not sure if they run out by 1pm every day or they low on product .

Just a personal reason they demand I wear a mask to enter so I will take my business elsewhere. Best of luck (This is while the mask mandate has been lifted).
