Carousel Cakes

Always my go to if I need a cake fast. This is an efficient run business model. They freeze the cakes for fast service and never disappoint. This time we tried the New York Blackout Cake. This is sure to not disappoint. What is amazing about this business is that they ship overnight anywhere in the U.S.A. This place was Oprah endorsed. They also sell cupcakes, cheesecakes, and pies.

I have been getting cakes from here forever! They are a great bakery, I have never tried some thing from here that I did not like. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the salted caramel cake but that was just personal taste, it was a delicious cake for those who like salted caramel. They are carrot cake, red velvet, and blue velvet are favorites of my family. They never disappoint. I like the sprinkle happy cake for my birthday and that is so delicious.

Unfriendly staff, inflexible store hours, won’t answer phone calls, purchased a ‘frozen’ cake and they couldn’t have someone write a message on it. They charge you if you need something written on the cake. ShopRite has better cakes that tasted fresh. Never returning to this store. Never returning to this store

This is one of the best bakeries that I've ever been to. The cakes taste nothing at all like the typical bakery cakes, which I don't like and will not eat. The cakes are very moist and flavorful, with a homemade quality that you just don't get at most bakeries. Every one that I've had is delicious, but my favorites are the Blue Velvet and the Chocolates, of which they offer several varieties. They're rich and satisfying, a small slice is enough for me. If you're going on a Saturday, beware...don't go too late in the day, they close at 1:00, nothing like getting your mouth set to taste one of these beauties and...whaaa..whaaa = CLOSED!

So a word off advice to any one who think off working for Carasaul cake plz I strongly advice u never think off working there u have 3 Musketeers Paul howie an David Paul is the worst of them you might know him from the Wall Street story research an u will see, I was fire for exercising my first amendment right freedom off speech I’m not mad cause the money they pay I can’t pay one bill who work over 49 hours an still get under 600 hundred dollars pluse I work at nights so to Paul this review will be followed up with other from other party so u think ur being hurt yet ridiculous u guys fired me for freedom of speech Oprah need to take her name off ur Brand disgusting ppl they r in Rockland county
