Mcdonald's

Normally I would give a place like McDonald's a 5/5, not because it is an amazing restaurant, but because of the value and expectations I have for it. I am not there for delicious warm food and I am not there for good customer service, although for the most part, you really do get both. I am there to spend a small amount of money and get a quick meal. That's all that people should expect from these places. McDonald's almost always does a good job of that. This specific location is usually clean and rarely do you get a messed up order or a bad customer experience. Overall, I enjoy my trips there and am very pleased. Now, the reason I gave a 3/5. I want McDonald's to return to serving breakfast all day! It's not an issue of me not waking up early enough, but the idea that you can go in at any time and get hash browns is amazing! This is more directed towards the owners that set these regulations in place. We need hashbrowns and breakfast sandwiches all day! Fellow Google reviewers, rise up and join me! All day breakfast! If I could give this location a 0 I would. Rude, rude, rude! Not only were my fries old and stale, both associates working the windows incredibly rude, they both had attitudes when I questioned my change. My total was $4.88, I paid with a $20. They gave me $15 back. Before I could ask for the $0.12 the girl shut the window on me. I pulled forward and asked if they were not giving change? This girl told me that they were then shut the window on me, so I waited. When she opened the window, she rudely asked "what?" I said I was shorted. She rolled her eyes and got my $0.12. I apologized for the inconvenience and that I give the change to my son. Before I could even finish she rolled her eyes again and slammed the window shut and walked away from view. Normally I wouldn't care about $0.12 but my son has been working extra hard to earn some change. They need to get severe retraining and a lesson on customer service.

I ordered off of Uber eats and called to make sure my order got through. The guy who answered was very rude. He answered the phone saying what’s up. Gave me attitude and was talking about my phone. His tone was disgusting and the way he was talking to me I was offended. I am still a customer and someone that used to work in the industry knows you should never answer the phone like that no matter how tired or busy you are. Very Very Rude... I will not be ordering here again.

Some employees even though courteous....didn't know about the Daily Double burger therefore order was wrong several times. It's not posted on menu...maybe that would help. It's two 100% beef patties, season to perfection, and melty American cheese topped off with shredded lettuce, slivered onions, mayo and one juicy slice of tomato.
