Mcdonald's

Let me tell you what happened. This place is ridiculous. I eat at McDonald's often so I know how a quarter pounder tastes like. We ordered 2 burgers, 2 fries. 1 was completely raw in the center. Tried calling and no answer. So drove all the way back to the same location. Spoke to a manager. Told her what happened. She looked at it, said ok. Threw it into the trash and gave me my money back for 1 burger and 1 fries. Not the whole order. Now I didn't expect it but for the trouble of driving back & forth. Not even an I'm sorry. Nothing! Last time I checked McDonald's was a burger restaurant and they can't get that right?? Terrible customer service. Could have easily saved the event and turned it around with an apology. But nope. You've been warned. Raw meat in your mouth isn't a good feeling. Gross!

Their customer service was okay... I gave exact change but the lady who was working the window didn’t count it and just asked “is this the right change?” And of course it was but it wasn’t very smart for her to just ask me she should have counted it and made sure I could have miscounted which would make the drawer short or I would have lost a few cents. I ordered a happy meal and I was very disappointed when I got home and did not find the toy in the box. The whole point of getting a happy meal is to get the toy so this is not cool.

On Sunday, September 20 around 7:30pm, I had order Travis Scott meal. They ran out of it. Tht person came out and said that he ran out out of it. He ask us if we want to substitute for some thing else. We said just replace it with the big mac. He said that the big mac was more expensive. The other sandwich cost more than the big mac. At other McDonald's would replace without any problems. He told us that if we want to then we can call the bank to dispute it. We had call the main branch and we still got charged for it. It is wasting our time to contact everyone to get the charge taking out.

Yesterday December 26 I was picking up an order and I was ringing the bell for like 4 times and the manager was in front of me ignoring ne the all time ,I have to open the window and told her what going on and she said in a rude mode ,The bell is not working!!! So how should I know that is not working not sign o someting then she took so long to gimme 40 chicken mc nuggets ,believe me when I was young I worked at McDonald's and I know how much time takes to cook them ,then I told her why she was ignoring me And she said that she didnt listen even that I was knocking super hard wth my key chain ,the drive tru was not busy at all ,thats lame that u guys have so managers like this latina lady as I know McDonald's employees have to receive the costumers wth a smile she just got tire of my complain and shuts off the window on my face!! I UNDERSTAND LOOSING 1 COSTUMER IS NOT TO MUCH FOR UR FRANCHISE BUT THAT LADY FOR SURE IS MAKING MORE THAN ONE COSTUMERS NEVER RETURN !! So I dont know the name of the latina manager that was on duty on december 26 late afternoon because she close the window on my face, but if she dont like her job ,go and do something else lady!!
