Pizza Hut

Well, It would help if they actually delivered my pizza. yesterday after work I ordered a big dinner box and waited half an hour past delivery before calling the store to find out that they had delivered my order to the wrong house, prompting the driver to lie and the manager to accuse me of lying about not receiving my order. My neighbor being a good Samaritan, kindly gave me my order after I was put on hold twice, taken off of hold only to hear the manager whispering about me to the driver.

Pizza was decent, the quality is what you expect from any Pizza Hut - delivery driver was very rude to my young sister who opened the door and complained about coming into the building instead of us meeting him in the lobby (no mention of this when ordering nor any attempt to call beforehand to ask us to meet in the lobby), also complained that our order came so late and that he was “off the clock” while making our delivery. Probably will not order from this location again. Edit: Was contacted by the manager of the store, and received sincere apologies so wanted to update to reflect that. Thanks, Murray Pizza Hut!
