We have always enjoyed getting ice cream here. A few ago we went to get ice cream. We didn't realize it went curb side. We got out of our cars to go up to the window to look at the menu and lady told us we couldn't go up there. So we just ordered a milk shake and some blizzards and ate on the picnic table.
Last night, we went to get ice cream. We waited around 10 minutes and no one came to the car. So I got out and went to the window. 3 staff were trying to figure out change and how to use the new iPad system they have. I asked how I could place an order and one gentleman said he would take it but would be just a minute. I stood there another 10 minutes and they were bringing out orders they had no clue where they went. It was just a mess. I decided to leave ans go elsewhere for ice cream. It shouldn't be that hard to order or even place an order. If they don't want people coming up to the window, then they need menus in the parking lot. The new system set up isn't working for them especially when you have kids out there working.

I heard they use the AC water to steam the hotdog buns, and I also went to get a pick up order and saw cockroaches crawling around. So gross

This is strictly a Chili dog review, 😨 absolutely disgusting. You made a bad choice changing the Chili dog sauce. It was perfect. Now it's burnt chunks of questionable meat in a spicy black sauce on a stale bread....

The peanut butter shake was liquid thin and looked as if it had been sitting in a hot car for hours! Ended up throwing the whole thing out!! After waiting 20 minutes for them to bring it to me! Not worth it anymore

Didn't know that my local DQ had gone to curb side service as opposed to the long tradition of the window line, but still good sweets. Had to ask for spoons though. And we're given no napkins either.

If your gonna car hop and refuse service at the window you need a system of knowing the order cars enter the parking lot. We watched 4 other cars get served and ended up leaving as we couldn’t get a car hop to serve us.

Use to be my favorite place but it is terrible now. Blizzards are almost always soupy. And the car hop service is not good at all.
