Panda Express

Update: 3.27.22 They were super busy! Employees handled it smoothly, worked expediously and move the line. Food was super tasty today. Food was fresh, employees were friendly. Yelling welcome to Panda every time someone walked in the door. Only downfall, he ordered a plate w beef and broccoli and orange chicken. His beef and broccoli turned out to be just broccoli w like 2 pieces of beef.

My daughters love panda, and we eat here nearly weekly. It’s become very uncommon to find a clean table, regardless of if they are busy or slow, the dining room is consistently neglected. They are also consistently out of various necessities like forks or chopsticks. Soy sauce. Fortune cookies. Most recently I ordered multiple drinks and when I asked for lids they stated they were completely out - would have been nice to know when I ordered my drinks. Still giving them 2 stars because my daughters love coming here despite the chaos.

Worst service. They couldn’t care any less about the customers. They were out of a lot of stuff, leaving a line to wait. I had already paid and they left me waiting saying my order wasn’t ready? When I said that it was he said I was waiting on a chicken to get done, but I didn’t order that chicken so it was waiting for no reason. All of the employees in there were cutting up in the kitchen on their phones messing around leaving the customers waiting at the line. Then they were out of ice and half of their sodas were out… Won’t be back. I would advise taking service to Ginger Thai Bistro right behind them. Much better customer service and food. Not usually the one to leave these reviews but when they act like they don’t even care it’s hard not to…

I ordered an online pickup order. The order was wrong, so I called the store and a manager said they would replace the incorrect meal and give me a $10 gift card. When I came in to get the replacement meal one of the workers responded with giving me a TINY container of beef and broccoli. I told him what the manager said and he replied that I was lying and that he was standing next to the manager when he was on the phone. Eventually I got the correct order which had maybe six pieces of meat and the rest broccoli. I don’t usually complain about things but I will not be going back to this Panda Express.
