Janette and Shelby we’re absolutely amazing! Words cannot express how much I truly enjoyed and appreciated their customer service. Their work ethic was out of this world. I’ve worked customer service at Vanderbilt for years and believe me when I tell you, these girls deserve recognition for their hard work and enthusiasm. I admire and respect them so much! They made both of my sandwiches beautifully for my mom and I. Really glad we came here. I’ll never forget them as long as I live. They had a major impact on me, because of their kindness and also how patient they were. It’s almost as if id known them my entire life. Wonderful!

First time visiting but not first time being a Subway customer. I do want to say however that over the many years I've watched employees make my sandwiches, never have I seen anyone like Patel. He was diligent and precise like it was an art, and I'm not a simple person when it comes to my sandwiches. For example I got the foot long chicken bacon ranch on artisan bread, added marinara sauce which he put the right amount on but still asked if it was enough, then I got pepper jack cheese, and wanted it lightly toasted. When it came to the toppings I got spinach, bell pepper, handful of black olives, and jalapenos. Patel laid it all out beautifully but without wasting time doing so, and then topped with chipotle southwestern sauce, which he didn't just glob all over nor did he just add a little dab. I enjoyed that sandwich more than any other I have had before because there was LOVE in making it and I could taste it. Good job Patel and also the facility was clean and well organized and spaced for the COVID-19 recommendations. 5 stars all around, but it would have been a solid 9 easily!
