The staff was courteous and helpful. The restaurant was clean including the bathroom.
The food was hot and fresh. There sweet tea was wonderful.

What happened to the crunchy outter layer of the fish?..went by this business today and noticed that the fish was super soggy with grease and that the insides didn't appear to be done. What happened to the crunchy batter with the white fluffy fish like it was before back in the day...it just appear that they are not allowing the fish to get done.. and please do something about that grease.

This fish was undercooked and the batter was soft a thick like hush puppies. The fries were old and cold . Just an awful experience.
Adding that the manager nor staff offered an apology nor concern for the problem I had.

Stop by July 5th around noon and got the crab, fish & shrimp meal wich includes 2 fish hand full of shrimp and a crab cake patty. I got 1 cold fish 3 shrimps super soggy fries and a burned crab cake. No am not going to that website to give details just hire decent employees to fix your severe quality issues.

So glad this eatery is in my neighborhood! Great catfish! The baked potatoes could be upsized. A go-to place for quick and tasty meals.

I had never been to a Captain D’s before now, but I’d have to say I’m pleasantly surprised. The service was great and the food was even better. I had the catfish and it was absolutely amazing. Not to mention the corn on the cobb was not dried out and was really good. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone who loves seafood!

To the guy working in the kitchen today at about 6:45 who said LOUDLY, "I ain't worried about the online orders!" can rest assured that I will spend my $75.00+ somewhere else
