Ordered on line and got the food in timely fashion. The chicken seemed to have been microwaved and not fresh. Room temperature and hard to chew. What's happened to this location? Must go elsewhere next time. Total let down

I always like to give places the benefit of the doubt, especially when they are busy and short-staffed. Unfortunately today neither of these happened and they got the order wrong. Twice.
If you really want KFC, go to another location.

Either you need to close this location down or close the inside. I am tired of hearing we are short staff, if management does not see that the store can’t not be ran by 4-5 employees then you need to close. Or close the inside, one person on the register/drive thru line and two in the kitchen. Keep chicken dropping on a busy day. This makes no sense to have cars sitting in drive thru and you can’t even speak to acknowledge them and tell them the wait ? To hold on ? One second let me get your order ?? Where is the secret shoppers at to make Sure this store is running smoothly. Everything and everywhere is a shortage we get that but upper management had to do better either with what they have or make the art decision to close. This location always an issue

Food was lousy. Ordered original chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy. Worst KFC ever. Chicken tasted horrible...In no way was that the original recipe. The mash potatoes & gravy was bland. Horrible! Will not stop there again.

The chicken this time was definitely better than it had been previously. Person taking the order at the drive thru wasn't very nice but the person at the window was exceptional!
