Subway

Bread was hard like it was toasted, meat was the thinnest I've seen at any subway so had to order the double meat. The staff was unfriendly and any customer that came in after us was told in a rude manner that they were only doing online orders the rest of the night cause "all these people are too much". There were 5 other people in this place, staff looked under trained and didn't show people skills. Will not be back and do not recommend this one.

Went into the Munster store today for a healthy breakfast option. I waited at least 10 minutes for the lady to even appear. Rang bell several times, announced I was there. Still no service. Finally a lady came up front from the back. Didn't wash hands. Was EXTREMELY rude and short. If you don't want to work there, then don't. Plenty of people who want to work will replace you. I ordered the steak egg and cheese sandwich as a 6 inch. She was rude and short the entire time. Then my sandwich was cold after putting it in the toaster twice!! Didn't have any liquid on it yet sandwich was wet. I've been a Subway customer for years. First time and last time at this location, and I'm in the area quite often. May be calling corporate too. Very disappointed!

I ALWAYS pickup from this location specifically because they always do a good job. I placed an order online, a turkey and ham sandwich. They forgot the ham, when I called them they said I would have to bring back the sandwich in order for them to make the order the right way. I had left to work for the food and came back so I had lunch for the day and was unable to bring it back this day. She instructed me to BRING IT BACK TOMORROW so they could remake it. That would’ve left me without any lunch at all. Needless to say I am VERY displeased with subway at this point and the fact that THEY made the mistake and tried to leave ME without any food.
