It is a great locally owned and operated restaurant. We had breakfast and met lovely people and friendly staff. The breakfast was really good. I highly recommend checking it out! 👍

We stopped here on our last trip to Munising. The place was so busy. But our server was very friendly. Our meals were served in a timely manner. I personally enjoyed the Whitefish Basket.

My wife and I stopped here for lunch. The atmosphere is very unique and memorable, we found it quite charming. The service was awesome - Rita was our server and she was friendly, warm and funny! Our food came way faster than we were expecting, and it was delicious! I highly recommend getting the cheese curds if you stop by. We certainly will be stopping by again!

Stooped in while visiting the UP. Waited at the door for 5 minutes while employees were gathered around the bar chatting. Once, we were finally greeted and seated. The server was nice and attentive. The food portions were great, and food was cooked to perfection and tasted great! Awesome decor. This place would be a 5 star for a quick bit to eat if they would have hosts or someone working the door. I'll go back next time we're in the area.

I would say this place is overall pretty decent. Mostly friendly staff, it was very quick to get our food, and not overly priced. The environment almost takes you back in time which can be great and nostalgic especially for older generations. The food was delicious - we got whitefish and cheese curds to share and I will certainly be dreaming of those cheese curds until we return again someday. They were so yummy!

Have the fish.. its awesome!! Staff was terrific.
I'm not crazy about the Dogpatch theme.. but its kitchy and korny. Food was great. Loved the Elephant Disco beer!

The dogpatche is a definite must if you are in the Munising area. Every time I go up to visit family I always stop by there.
It was my kids (3,6,9,15) loved it.
The food is good I recommend getting the whitefish or the perch.
