It's the only Monginis out which is so huge plus they had many options which I haven't ever seen in Mumbai plus the staff was very helpful with the suggestion

The place is very nice and cool . The place is very clean. The cakes were delicious and good. Pastries was very tasty and delicious and good specially like cheese cake were good and nice. Puff is very good and delicious. The choco lava cake is very tasty and delicious.

Had visited this place for a quick snack. Ordered for some panner roll to have it at the store. Snacks sereved here are packed in a plastic cover.To my surprise received it heated (in the microwave) with the plastic cover on. I politely told the person that plastic is not supposed to go in the microwave. It's fine for now that it is already done.But, next time when you serve a customer don't keep the plastic on.The person at the counter started explaining mr that it does not matter and doing this will not cause cancer to me. I was shocked at his reply. On trying to explain him further he was very reluctant and rude. Monginis being an old player in the market should concentrate on the staff and service they provide to the customer. Highly disappointed.

I took Red Velvet Cheesecake for my parents aniversary didnt expected it to be so goood😍 <br/>Well suggested by Monginis staff totally loved it ❣<br/>The cake was so soft and fluffy and not too sweet and cream was so yummy

i placed an order ...also got the confirmation ....but did bot get delivery..... after an hr n repeated following up they told me they can not deliver ....they spoiled the whole event.......zomato should remove such shops which gives fales ads.
