The hotel is very strategically located especially for those who either have business in Bkc or in US consulate.the hotel is big with nice and spacious rooms. Just if they have user guide to set AC temperature. One thing though they should check, there some stenchy smell in the balcony.area of the room which was really irritating. Food, we went for the continental buffet it has lot of options like Chinese, Mexican, Indian and south east Asian but taste could have been better, especially for the price. Breakfast spread was great though and very tasty too.Be it Indian Parathas, dosa, idly or sandwich, omlette or even fruits and yogurts. Overall experience was great and staff was professional too..

5 star hotel in affordable price. Many rooms are there. Room service is very slow. It is taking 10-15 mins to deliver water bottle in room . Food price is very high. Gym, common and residence swimming pool, conference room, wedding hall are are available. Staff is very cooperative and behaviour is very good. Location is very good. Santacruz railway station and Airport is also nearer. Communication is also good. Rooms are neat and clean.

Thats the wonderful property I'm looking for so much . I had the pleasure of staying at the Taj Convention in Goa and it was a truly heartwarming experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with open arms and made me feel right at home. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel was outstanding, from the beautiful decor to the impeccable cleanliness. The facilities were top-notch, including the spacious and comfortable rooms, the well-equipped gym, and the luxurious swimming pools. The food was exceptional, with a wide range of delicious dishes to choose from, each prepared with the finest ingredients. I also had the opportunity to attend an event at the convention center and was blown away by the impeccable service and attention to detail provided by the staff. Overall, my stay at the Taj Convention in Goa was nothing short of outstanding and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable experience.

We were in Mumbai for a 2 nights, thick in the middle of monsoons and I'm glad we choose to stay in Grand Hyatt Mumbai Hotel & Residences. The hotel was remarkable, offering ample space and serving delicious food. The staff members were exceptional, attending to every detail and request with excellence. From the moment we checked in until our departure, we felt incredibly well taken care of. Our interactions with Vijaylaxmi (Manager- Guest relations) were particularly enjoyable, and our little daughter remains enchanted, fondly remembering the kind lady from Mumbai. Our overall trip became a memorable one, thanks to the outstanding team at the Grand Hyatt Mumbai.

Good and beautiful hotel. Lovely ambience with well decorated interiors. All staff were polite and welcoming. Rooms are spacious, well equipped with all essentials along with bathtub. You will also get access to the club during the noon hrs between 1 to 4 serving free snacks and beverages. Between 5 to 6 liquor also being served. Overall vacation well spent.

It was a great stay!! We celebrated my family and they made our stay a special one. We got late check-out service, great room service and the food was great. and our breakfast experience very comfortable. My sister and brother made sure our stay was memorable!! Their amenities and rooms are amazing and the ambience is also great. All in all its was a superb experience.
