VERY BAD services . the executive there i dont know how they manage to work there. specially mr rauntat. i visted there for my problem the take written latter and still after 1 week no response . he promise to call me for my problem and slove it. am still wating. now i have to go again there . i request to @axisbank Kindly make quality check other this staff

I am axis bank employee.Forgot my credit card mobile no and when I went to bank for updation they asked me to fill my mobile no change document with 8 years old sign which I did not recall . When I asked them to verify with adhar they said its not a valid document.Extremely disappointed with the resolution.

Honestly, the staff is a little too rude. The helpline number is never reachable and they take way too long to respond if I raise a complaint on social media platforms.

The branch manager and staff don't have time for customer they say call on other numbers .. Day by Day this bank services are going bad to worst.

Staff are none- cooperation and their systems are not working properly. They didn't understand the query so how they will help us.
Yesterday, Randomly they have deducted the amount of Rs.44k from my account and they do not have any idea.they told I will make a call to customer care. If I want to make call to cc department, why I am here?

Staff are very non-cooprative and unhelpful always. They only give verbal assurance about good service but they never accede to their commitment after the customer leaves the Branch......THEY MAKE YOU FEEL THAT SERVICES IN THE NATIONAL BANKS ARE FAR BETTER THAN PRIVATE BANKS

Good work on technology but maybe not fully ready.
Eg. You can simply take a cheque without the challan and insert it into a machine that scans the cheque and gives you a receipt. So no human contact-which is a plus.
But it's been 4 days since the cheque hasn't been cleared which is bad.

Literally the worst bank Ever. CDM doesn’t work most of the time. Intact even today their CDM isn’t working , and the one at the counter is in his own world
