Gopal Locho's has made it easy for the locho cravers like us & more convenient for us to grab the lochos at anytime we want, rather than going to Surat to eat that kinda taste of locho which is all over available here at Mumbai ... locho is the speciality of Surat but Gopal's Locho has made it possible to get that taste here. We tried Lasaniya locho & Cheese butter.. both were amazing at it's place but Cheese Locho was more delicious compared to Lasaniya locho. Lassaniya had a spicy texture more & some what tangy taste... lochos were served with tasty green chutney. Recently visited this place as many of my Gujrati Friends kept recommending to try this signature Dish of Surat. Locho is steamed Gujarati Farsan made of gram flour. The dish derives its name from its loose Consistency and irregular shape like dumplings. Here at this place you get to try it in around 15-18 different flavors as per your liking. I tried it in Coconut & Chilly Garlic with Cheese & taste wise it was superb. Apart from Locho they serve Khaman, Dhokla & other Gujrat Farsan Items.
