On a Sunday evening, I was looking for a good place to taste something different and I came across Charcoal Eats. I have heard a lot of it from my friends so decided to give it a try and trust me It was my best experience till date. Hearing the name you will understand that every food they cook is on Charcoal so it surely add more taste to the food. 1)Chicken Seekh Starter - The first thing I ordered was chicken seekh. It was cooked very well and it was very crispy and tasty. 2) Chicken Galouti Pav - If you are foody and if you like the food of North India then you should surely try this, Chicken Galouti is a very famous Lucknowi dish and I was shocked that it tasted much better than the one I had in Lucknow. 3) Bombay Masala Puff Pizza Square - The pizza was bit spicy but you can ask them to prepare as per your preference. The masalas were properly added and it really made me mouth watering when I saw it on the table. 4) Classic Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani - The Chicken Biriyani was really cooked well in Charcoal. It tasted much better than Hyderabadi Chicken Biriyani may be due to cooking in Charcoal. i would really want to try Very Hyderabadi Biriyani. 5) Chocolate Mousse - At last, you say every dinner should end with sweet dish and so this was the really a good sweet to have. It was fun of chocolates. The ambience was really good and staffs were very polite and helpful. I would recommend everyone to give a try to Charcoal eats :)
