Ostaad is one of the most beautiful place in Lower Parel. Recently dropped by here for an amazing lunch. Ambiance is so beautiful & eyecatchy. You can’t take your eyes off this beautiful place & the vibe here is just amazing. They’ve introduced Tangra Chinese Hakka Style which was quite good and worth trying. Messy Wontons, Veg Exotic Dimsums & Pan Fried Noodles is just worth try here. I loved the Veg Exotic Dimsums. Perfect in taste, just loved it. Pan Fried Noodles is a must try. Semi fried noodles with exotic gravy was too good & fantastic in taste. Just loved it. For Desserts I tried the Aish Al Saraya which was recommended by the staff here and I genuinely fell in love with the taste of it! It was so good. Hospitality here is just great which definitely makes this place a must visit. I cannot wait to go here again to try out more food. Hi

It was Valentines Week going on, so we paid a visit to this is Beautiful and Romantic Place in Mumbai, Kamala Mills Ostaad. The Ambience of its is Pretty Good Luxurious with an Elegant Interior and a Beautiful Vibes all around. It had a Tiny Little Bar with an Ample of Cozy and Comfortable Seatings all around makes the place prettier. As Always we begin with some of the Inhouse Refreshing Beverage Kala Khatta- This mocktail reminds me of my Childhood Days when we use to have a Gola, It was a similar concept of Gola with a Kala Khatta Flavour, It was so Refreshing to have it. Spicy Chicken Dumplings:- The Aroma of it was so Bliss, a filling of Minced spicy Chicken Dumplings which was Served with varieties of Dips, An authentic touch to the Asian Cuisine, HIGHLY RECOMMEND 💯 In Mains, we Tried for their Burnt Chilli Fried Rice which was very well accompanied by a Dice Tender Chicken: It was so Perfect and Authentic with its Mind-blowing Taste and the spices used in it which were so Delicious to have, The Aroma of its was so Pleasant and Blissful to have it. It just made my day with its outstanding Taste... Overall it was a Great Experience. A perfect place for Good Vibes and Food.

We recently visited Ostaad to try out their newly launched Asian Menu. Ostaad is famous for its Middle-Eastern fare with equally good Indian cusine as well. As soon as you enter, you're bound to go "Wow" The ambience is very well done up, with yellow lights and greenery on the ceiling. Special mention to their golden cutlery. For Appetizers we tried - Black Bean Chilli Paneer: Soft cubes of paneer sautéed with veggies in a spicy and tangy sauce. This was one of the best paneer dishes we've had. Highly recommend! 💯 Hakka Style Lotus Stem with Water Chestnut: Thin slices of lotus stem, fried and sautéed with veggies and lots of garlic. This is the first time we've tried Lotus stem and we absolutely loved it! Definitely a must-try🙌 Spicy chicken dumplings: Dumplings stuffed with chicken and steamed to perfection. This is served with chilli oil and schezwan sauce which provide a strong additional flavour to it. For mains we tried - Messy Wonton Triangles: Fried wonton with a medley of exotic veggies in a sweet and tangy Hunan sauce. The flavours were amazing in this. However, the wontons should have had some sort of a filling, which was amiss. We ended our meal with Brownie and Icecream. A chocolatey brownie topped with vanilla ice-cream. Perfect combination! All-in-all, Ostaad is a great place for a meal at Lower Parel. The food is moderately priced and we would say it's VFM considering the prime location of Kamala Mills✨

Went here for a Sunday lunch with my father. We wanted to eat some really good Afghani food. I was zomato-ing few restaurants and I absolutely loved the menu of this place, hence I planned on visiting it. The ambience is very classy & decent. It's kind of a fancy place as well. They have good menu for drinks as well as food. What I ordered : * MOCKTAILS • So berries (5/5): This was a good combination of berries and some milk added to it. It was a bit sweet and had a good texture to it. • Apple & Mint Mule (3/5): This was classic apple and mint Mojito kinda. Refreshing enough! * STARTERS • Murgh Pashtooni Seekh (4/5): These were rectangular chicken seekh. These were very very delicious and had a nice saffron-y kinda flavour. A must try. • Spanakopita (4/5): This is an authentic dish, stuffed with spinach, onions, cheeses and herbs that are all enfolded by crispy, flaky phyllo dough. Something different I tried as recommended by the chef. Really good! * MAINS • Murgh Samarkand with Afghan Khameri (4/5): This was boneless chicken gravy. Mildly spicy but had a good flavour. Went well with the Afghan Khameri which is a nice thick naan like & was whole-wheat. • Ostaad Chicken Biryani (3/5): Had a good aroma to it. The quantity was pretty good and tasted really well when you have it while it's warm. * DESSERT • Baklava (4/5): Sweet dessert pastry made of layers of filo filled with chopped nuts & honey. A good one to end your meal on a sweeter note. Would definitely like to visit this place again to try other stuffs of theirs!

A really good restaurant for food from the Middle East and Central Asia, with a good range of kebabs and Raan dishes. There is a fair bit of food for vegetarians to and I did find a lot of people enjoying veg food as well. The staff is good, very helpful and prompt. Cocktails were pretty good and they did customize them for us a bit. From the ambience perspective, we would have liked brighter lighting to make the colors on the dishes really pop.

This one situated in Kamala Mills makes sure you have a great time. With Central Asian food, kitchen and cooks, this place serves you some yummy authentic food from across the Central Asia. It comes in category of Bayoute and Taftoon; we thought this place has so much variety of food which is more so of a mix of Bayroute and Taftoon. To add on to, this is also one of the few places in Mumbai to serve QUAIL. Already in love! The place is new but you see crowd coming in big numbers already to try their food as the location is good and ambiance is classy. We started with their plum shooter which is a plum puree mocktail and were blown away. This one was different and super refreshing. We tried their Iranian Berries cocktail which was a sangira with berries. Superb. We also tried their Pommy Bomb which is pomogranate with chilli and vodka. We loved it's after burn .. haha so unique For starters we ordered the chefs special ones - The Moorgh Pashtooni Sheekh - which was minced chicken in native spiced mix , was so tender and is finished in a clay oven Lamb Adana Kebab from Turkey which is so tender and juicy and makes for a treat Kadak Sheekh roll was again Lamb Kebabs but with cheese and coated with chef special spices. The best was Zafrani Tandoori Jheenga which is tandoored with saffron infusion and spices. Super duper For mains - we tried their Mutton which was made in onions and tomatoes , sweet and tangy but super succulent And their spicy chicken dish But the highlight was their kaali dal - It is marinated for an entire night to give it that perfect flavour We tried their khameeri roti and Taftoon with the dishes. For Dessert we ordered their special BAKLAVA which took our taste buds to heaven All in all a must visit place for a very different and tasty food treat !!
