Cafe Mondegar

A rather great experience at Cafè Mondegar. The place gives you the perfect vibe of a an old time cafè yet with a modern twist. The selection of food and drinks is quite amazing and inviting. Although a bit expensive for the quantity served, Mondegar certainly lived up to its name. Overall, it's the perfect café to visit in town either with friends or family or just about anyone.

This place is one of the oldest pubs in Mumbai. It brings back old memories for so many people. One of the best hangouts in town. They serve beer and very good quality food too. They ambiance has always been pleasant and the decor has been the same over the years. A must visit for tourists and locals or people travelling from different cities too. You must try their tap beers.

It is one of the must go places in Mumbai and we thought of giving it a try. The place is mostly crowded, we have to make reservations and wait for the given time. A place with beautiful art work on the walls as well as on the cutlery.They serve alcohol too. Food here is amazing and delicious and above its inexpensive which makes it a great deal the service here is average and okay with a cozy sitting, we ordered Amalfi, Brochette de legumes, Fungi con cream (pasta), Vegetarian cheese burger and Mixed veg corn cheese pizza which was scrumptious. They also serveIn all -A must visit place.

Cafe Mondegar: A very crowded place, nestled between the markets of Colaba. Quirky decorations and quite a big menu describes this place. The food was tasty as well. Tried a dish for the first time and loved it (cordon bleu). In the Frames (keep swiping)- *Chicken Cordon Bleu *Chicken Mexicana *Chicken Fried Rice *Chilli Chicken

Some places are legendary... And they leave a mark on you. Cafe Mondegar is one such place and I was lucky enough to be able to dine here on a hot summer afternoon As always the place was packed and we had to wait for 20 min but the food was so worthwhile that the time did not matter. We ordered the spaghetti carbonara twice .. let me say that "twice " so u can imagine how good it was along with which we also ordered the chicken strogonoff and the fish steak all accompanied with multiple orders of fresh watermelon juices and beer. The atmosphere this place has is bewildering, how to people manage to wait out in the hot sun just to be able to get to eat here .. it's all in the generous and courteous staff .. they make it happen and make you feel extremely welcome.

Wow this place is really good. I really liked it. It's my second visit to this place and food here is excellent and tastes so good. It's ambience and artistic walls are lovely. You can get good beer here.and I have tried pasta and chicken burger which are fine.and service is also good but the place is bit congested and its 1931 café that's good to know but its ambience makes it modern cafe

One of the well known places from Mumbai, this place is definitely worth the hype. Staff is a delight and their food is fabulous. . We had the spaghetti carbonara with bacon, it was outstanding. Next we had their steak, which again was absolutely beautiful. Their fish was about okay but pair that up with a beer and everything is fine😋. . Taste-4.5/5 VFM- 4/5 Staff-4/5 .
