This location is a Hardee's - Red Burrito. The menu has more to offer than a standard Hardee's. We love eating here when town. The food is much fresher and tastes better than pretty much any other fast food place in town. The store is clean and the staff are friendly as can be. Great place to stop for any meal if the day, with their wide selection.

18.80 for 2 meals fries were cold and old taste like rubber didn't eat them! No dipping sauce for chicken tenders even after I asked for it at the window! Not pleased with the customer service!

Aweful service. We expected better from someone who was allowed to wear an assistant manger tag. Worst personality I have ever come across, Sherrie was rude and condescending and disrespectful. Super weird considering we were all smiles and polite to her. Hopefully she was just having a terrible day, otherwise she will bring this location down.

Seriously if youre in Mountain View just get carryout at Mi Pueblito. They don't look like someone kicked them around.

They always forget my hash rounds. Finally annoyed with it enough to write a review. Love their biscuits and gravy, and hot ham and cheese.

I came in to do my classes when my power was out. I ordered the Roast beef meal, and the sandwich was aweful and had a after taste. I told the front register and they said "oh well". The entire lobby was dirty. The womens restroom reeked and had dirt and grime everywhere. The employees were foul mouthed and cussing about customers and other employees when they left. I have never seen worse service, and professionalism. It may be fast food but have some respect.
