On some real stuff, this guy was a rude ****. Didn't respond to me, yelled at me and my friend. Then proceded to throw a chip bag then our drinks on top. Then look at me with a smile, making sure to pull down his mask so I can see. I work in the customer service field so I know it's easy to be kind to people, this guy didn't get the memo.

Came to Palo Alto for a work trip that I felt very prepared for. I found out around 10pm that I did not pack a toothbrush nor toothpaste so I decided to reach out to this 7-11 as it is down the street. I called the first time and someone answered, obviously a male, very rude tone, almost sounded as if he did not want to be there. I asked him if they sold toothbrushes and toothpaste, he hung up. I called again and he did not answer. I called an additional 3 times trying to explain myself and at first he answered and just continued hanging up and then he proceeded to not answer. I had a 7am meeting so I decided to go to bed and wake up at 5 and figure it out. I woke up and tried to call again, hoping someone would else would be on shift but they weren’t. He continued to hang up the phone, though his attitude sounded a bit better. Horrible experience and I did not even get to step foot into the establishment.

Place is shady. The register attendant says nothing to you except your total and shorts you change and doesn’t ask if you need a receipt. The prices are 2-3 higher than just going to Safeway or Trader Joes. I’d much rather see a friendly corner store pop in this place instead of the shady business thats going on here.
