Worst possible Customer Service, walked to the counter and no body acknowledged me or my husband. Employees kept walking by and the manager still not acknowledged. The manager has zero customer service Nd taught his staff the same. Don't take a job that requires CS. Worst experience ever will never go back there

KFC Mountain Home provides poor service, horrible food and is extremely expensive for its' limited menu choices. Drive-up order frustrated by worker and manager who became rude and surly when asked specific questions about what came with posted menu items. Unable to read the posted menu due to weather-fading and lack of lighting. Fries were stale AND cold. Coleslaw was stale AND bad-tasting. Mashed potatoes were COLD and very peppery. Biscuits were COLD and stale. Chicken marginal quality. Two 'combo' meals cost over $25. This is the last time I take the time to spend our money at this food location. Disappointing and sad given our desire to spend our money local.

Never received bad service until today, placed order at drive thru window. I then had to redo my order at the window. They even spoke my order out as they were getting it ready. 12pc tender meal and 2 famous bowels. I was told to pull around to gray door. Waited over 15 minutes to see someone else who placed an order after me get there food. Asked for a refund because it's fast food. If I wanted to wait 20 minutes for food I would have went to wingers or AJ's where there actually busy.

NEVER, EVER have Extra Crispy! No matter what time we go, no matter the day. Just now thought maybe early on the day.....4pm..... And they tell us the extra crispy chicken is old and they don't want to sell it to us. However much I appreciate that (only reason for two stars) why the hell don't they have extra crispy at all times?

Random call from KFC employees have no idea why they called my phone number and my daughter started working just barely started so I’m not sure if they were calling cause of her but please don’t call my phone number if don’t know why or the reason for call cause I don’t appreciate it and apparently my husband doesn’t like them calling either!
