PLEASE PUT THE KETCHUP PUMP BACK IN THE LOBBY SO YOUR WORKERS WILL STOP GRIPING AT MY CHILD WHEN SHE NEEDS MORE KETCHUP FOR HER FRIES....... certain manager wants to judge people by their family name and doesn't want to fill a large fry up just because we ordered a large fry with our REWARDS POINTS.......IF I WANTED A MEDIUM FRY I WOULD OF ORDERED A MEDIUM...GET WITH THE TIMES YOUR LARGE FRIES ARE THE PRICE OF A GALLON OF GASOLINE AND YOU ARENT MAKING IT WORTH THE BANG

Every time I go through, they get my order wrong. They pull me forward to fix it and forget I’m outside so I go in and wait another 10 minutes while they are snobby and rude about forgetting they pulled me forward and forgetting to remake the food. Absolutely disgusting when I get it. Never fresh. I never leave reviews but I can’t let this one go. I will not be going back!!

Oh my lord the back drive thru employee was just a buzz kill. Rude demeanor, horrid attitude and seemed so bothered by the fact we was even ordering! I definitely liked the newer girl who took our order the Friday before name was Sandra! She was chipper! Polite, and seemed as if she generally wanted to be there. Not this one everytime we come through she seems so bother by having to take our order. This blonde girl with a nose ring is terribly annoyed to be an employee and taking your order. Until they get a different back drive thru employee for weekends AVOID this location.
