If you own this establishment, please do us all a favor and close it! You do this well loved franchise a disservice & i will be reaching out to the corporate office for answers why your still allowed to even have their name on your building. I think at this point you're beyond changing management/ownership, you're not even in the same ballpark as this franchise! As you walk in there's a huge wait with people everywhere, not a problem when the hostess says 15~20 min wait. That's reasonable & nearly everyone told this stayed, but the wait was far from 15~20 minutes. You can double the time frame they give for your wait, which most if told the proper time would choose another place. Then you get seated, place your order, & you guessed it wait again. Took over an hour to get our food! Wish I could say it was well worth the wait, but it wasn't even close. My "over easy" eggs had zero runny yoke left, sausage patties burnt black on one side, home fries overcooked & barely recognizable, & the pie we took home for a later desert had NO filling between the crust you packed. When I was asked before paying the bill how the service was, I just shook my head and said I'm not even going to respond. I was offered the manager immediately, but honestly 2+hrs from walking in to walking out, you wasted enough of my day. This review isn't for you to get a wake up notice, it's for other innocent establishment loves like myself to avoid dealings with you impostors of a Bob Even's!

I was kinda shocked honestly. My biscuits were crunchy like a cracker yet not burnt as if they were stale and microwaved, topped with maybe a couple tablespoons of congealed gravy and a small egg, a few sprinkles of cheese. My friends 3egg omelet was tiny, only a few bits of ingredients on top and didn't even come with toast. The coffee wasn't even good. I don't know what happened to this restaurant 😕 same location use to have good food
