This location has absolutely 💯 the most friendly staff, the line moves quick, everything I've ever gotten has been delicious 😋 and they always have a free puppachino (new size is the perfect treat, and not too much) and ice cold water for scooter! 😁

The cashier tried to give us Frozen food, there were four workers there just talking with each other instead of getting our order ready, and messed up our drink, all on the same order. Also threw our egg bites in the bag instead of putting it on the tray.

I used to get starbucks often. Lately they have been closing early due to short staff. But sadly two of the workers they do have hide on the floor behind the counter while people are waiting to order ~ or just stand there and ignore you when you can visibly see them. One girl is medium height long brown hair ~ i have never had a pleasant experience with her. I have learned if alyssa isn’t there it isn’t even worth it.

I loved the service and the coffee but the Frappuccino seemed more liquid than usual and less thick/ice

The service has been okay the on several visits. Consistently out of menu items and times do not match google.

Store was in a Kroger. My Mocha Cloud Macchiato was not made well and lost the cloud as soon as I left the building; it was too busy to go back in because we are in the middle of a pandemic, hardly anyone was wearing masks; even the baristas were wearing theirs improperly. Disappointing.

Most of the girls there are super friendly and quick with service. I've only had one okay-ish experience. The vanilla sweet cream cold brew is to die for

Never have I ever been so disrespected at a Starbucks. I ordered my drink like any other day and the barista Taylor, I believe her name was rolled her eyes at me and looked at me for 30 seconds in disgust. I’m not sure if she was having a rough day or what, but the issue is All I wanted was a coffee not a coffee and disrespect. Literally almost made me cry by the way they were treating me. Just goes to show you never know what somebody is going through and just to be Kind. I would hope nobody else will be treated this way when they go order a coffee. I’m a mom of two kids, was having a rough day and one thing I look forward to is my coffee. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I hope everyone that reads will as well.
