Panda Express

Fast service, decent food (I mean for the price, we all know it is not healthy). I like their orange chicken and beijing beef and that’s why i wanted to go there. Prices are really affordable to everyone and you get a huge amount of food! The line was long but it was moving fast. The only thing that was bad were tables. They were sooo dirty, and obviously not cleaned. All of them. If dine in is allowed, I think they should clean them🤷‍♀️

On Wednesday June 1, 2022. Terrible customer service at around 3:00pm - 3:30pm. Walked in and stood waiting for service. One employee walked by and did not acknowledge us. Not even a simple "hi... someone will be right with you...". I noticed there was possibly a shift change. That should be not be an excuse. (I suspect management is partly to blame on the failed operational aspect during shift turnover). I understand the challenges of staff shortages in the services sector... but blatantly walking (back and forth multiple times) in front of your customers who have been standing there for five minutes without at least a simple acknowledgement is terrible. I've been to many other Panda Expresses and was never treated this poorly. Restaurant had no napkins. Three separate customers had to come back to ask for plastic forks. Tables were dirty. Floor in front of the drink machine was wet and slippery. This location does not even have a drive-thru. On the plus side: The food was good. Portion size was generous. Mount Prospect Panda Express has potential. Service is below standards in this particular restaurant when compared to other Panda Expresses.

Don't go there after 2hours before close. I went there 2 hours before they close, and they only had 3 or 4 entrees and nothing else. Those 3 or 4 emtrees were left overs from earlier in the day that nobody wanted, and their orange chicken tasted like it was 3 days old from the fridge that they just microwaved for 10 seconds... Horrible food quality and customer service. Not a lot of selection available 2 hours from closing...

I usually have a good experience here until today May 24, 2022 10:50 am. One of the servers was kenni and i dont know the other one’s name. They both seemed rude and unprofessional. They didnt even fill up the plate when i ordered. Like i said it was my first bad experience here. I hope a manager sees this.
