Dunkin'

I would give this a zero if possible, I went to go in with my friends and they all Oder the same exact thing and this old hispanic lady got it all wrong and my friend’s doughnut wrong as well and I don’t how that’s possible. As well when she got it wrong she roll her eyes and said a bad word to us in Spanish and because I understand what she said I confronted her and said “why are you swearing at my friends and she rolled her eyes. And when I tried to use the bathroom I tried to open it was locked of course but when I did one of the employees there said wait N word and they made me very disappointed with this Dunkin’ I use to like. And lastly it all started with the new manager.

I usually see this place as a 5 star place. But this older Mexican lady who rang under Guadalupe, she was really rude. I just ordered my mocha iced DECAF coffee she gave me the original coffee blend with caffeine. Also, she heard my order wrong and didn't hear me when I ordered 2 donuts and hash browns. She snapped at me and didn't take the order for hash browns. She kept mopping instead of taking my order. I was going to order from her co worker instead. I told her that she didn't hear me. She's too old to work there and there shouldn't be rude people on the team. There should only be friendly, polite people who should be hired. Not grumpy, snappy people who have attitude.

I went there to buy coffee with cream n sugar it was not fresh coffee and it was really no cream in there so I went again and ask for new coffee and she just took my coffee gave me back same cup of coffee with extra cream Nd she was not polite they were talking something about me in Spanish in front of me I'm very disappointed of there services. I'm paying I have every right get what I need.

Very rude drive through employee. Worked the drive through on 8/5/21 at 10:20am. I ordered 2 large cold brews. I waited to say the size at the end of my ordered, but while I am speaking and not done speaking yet, he kept saying, "size, size size" multiple times. I was trying to get to say my order size but I was just so flabbergasted by how rude he was. I was son a shock. Then at the window, I offered both a gift card and my credit card for payment. I asked if there's anything on the card. He rudely and meanly said "nothing on it. What do you want me to do with it." His tone was nasty. He was soean, I left feeling terribly mistreated.

I just had the worse drive-thru experience with a Hispanic girl named Nancy. First I had to repeat my order few times,eventually she messed all up. When I said nicely she gave me something I didn't order,she started yelling at me telling me that I'm rude and assumed I obviously had a bad day, she refused to serve me and told me to leave right after she charched my card. I never had such a bad experience there and I use to go there a lot. Of course I asked to speak to the menager but no one was there. So disappointed!!! I'm done with this location. Thanks Nancy!
