Usually I love this place. Great food great service. This night not so much. Young teenagers working. I ordered 2 sandwiches to go. I had the meatball bomber. When I brought it home the sandwich was a mess. No presentation at all. And the sandwich tasted different. Very dissatisfied with my sandwich. I'll make sure next time I go it'll be during the day.

I was just at another sub place and because of the rudeness of the staff we just left but we came to firehouse subs for the first time and it was spectacular they were very kind and helpful even though we did not have masks on and the food was delicious and service was great thank u!!!

My daughters and wife went here and had the best experience with the ladies working today!! They were very sweet and made my wife feel the love!

Great first visit other than paying ahead on grub hub only to find out when I get there that the restaurant doesn't take grub hub.

Positives outweigh the bad. Sub choices and quality are excellent. My wife loves the Club Sub on white, it's her standard. Today I had a regular size Hero on wheat combo which included a cup of chili and a "Medium" soda. It's a large, refillable medium and I absolutely love the Coke Freestyle Soda machine ( see pic) countless choices of flavors. Between the sandwich and chill I was stuffed and I went in hangry. My wife was satisfied with her sub - it was completely gone. The negatives, the chili was tasty and at the temperature that I like BUT unfortunately it definitely was not at proper restaurant temperature of 135° - 165° And the men's room floor needs a good mopping. It's a good thing that I was hungry because the floor could easily ruin an appetite.

Came in to the store at 8:30pm tonight, and was NOT greeted with other than "we only have one steamer, so it is going to be 15 minutes". I was ok with the wait time. Order process went as normal, until I went to order a meatball Sub.. at that point I was informed that they are put away at 8. Please put up something saying that certain subs are not prepared after a certain time(honestly this is an easy fix).When giving me my total she asked if I wanted to round up, to which I declined... and was quoted the total. After my card went through, and i went to do the survey, I noticed that the donation was put on anyways. When handed my sub, I informed the employees about the issue, and the one who rung me up just didn't care.
Honestly it Is only .84, but it was done without my permission.

Great food. You definitely get what you pay for. Only complaint is that a few orders have been messed up occasionally. Not always. Depends on who is working, I have noticed.

I am usually satisfied with this place but I placed an online order and my email said that it would be ready at 6:30. I go to pick it up and they told me that they were out of the meat for the sub I wanted. No phone call beforehand or even when they received the online order. The whole point of placing a "rapid order" is so that I don't have to wait. I then had to wait for my new order that was placed with no compensation for the inconvenience.
