Pizza Hut

Good price point, actually was at a 4 star then thought again about what they actually offered. 650 per person for a buffet including a salad and dessert pizza on the bar. Sure pizza isn't for everyone and this isn't a gourmet pizza neither is the 6 bucks you are paying for it. So basically 20 minutes worth of a days wages buys a meal that you decide what you are eating. Service was great. I placed my order online. Went to restaurant to pick it up. Sent a message saying I was there. They came out and put the pizza in the back seat as requested. It smelled wonderful all the way home. Twenty minutes later I'm home we opened the box and that's when we noticed the red piece of wrapper cooked into the pizza. In the midst of the Covid pandemic this really isn't acceptable. I was immediately sick to my stomach. 🤮🤮

I used to like ordering from here. Twice when I have had pizza delivered the delivery guy decided to add his own tip. It used to be professional and helpful but it has definitely gone down hill. No one from the store even reached out to me about it. They just emailed me a coupon. This was awhile ago but I dont think I will order from here again.

I really wanted this Pizza Hut to be good because other ones I've been to have been good. Unfortunately. it''s not. The times I've been there they were very slow. The times I ordered ahead they were always 10-20 minutes later than they said. The quality is up and down, depending on the item and day. Jet's has better pizza.

Visited today, 6/7/19, around 12:15 PM for the buffet. The restaurant seemed to be short-staffed. The pizza itself was tasty and fresh, for the most part. Management was professional and courteous; the seemingly lone kitchen staff member was even courteous and kind when we briefly spoke with him as we paid. However, the positives end there. The pasta and salad that was supposed to come with the buffet were not available. It would have been nice to have been informed of this prior to ordering. We waited for plates twice; when we went up a second time, we had to wait again because the ones that were brought out were dirty. After dining there for 40 minutes or so and receiving no service from our server, we had to ask for refills ourselves; after asking, my wife noticed our server tinkering with the front register and then cleaning tables, in addition to assisting other customers. She obviously forgot about the refills. Whatever, it happens sometimes. However, after reminding her about the refills, she brought them to us and remarked: "I can only move so fast." She was very rude and seemed to not care at all. Look, I get it: working in a restaurant, especially when it is short-staffed, can be stressful. Usually, employees are working extra hard to provide service to the customer. This was certainly the case with the restaurant manager and kitchen staff. However, being rudely told by our server that she can "only move so fast" when we had to initially prompt and then eventually remind her about drink refills is inexcusable in a customer service environment. For this reason, we won't be returning to this restaurant.
