Needs updating to dining room, everyhthing needs a refresher but food was really good. Mac and cheese is really good

We visited the drive through on 8/26 at around 6:30pm. The staff was a bit short handed but would could tell they were doing their absolute best. Bailey, who was working the window handled a very rude customer (who was in the car behind us but decided to get out of her car and berate the staff at the drive though window on foot (twice)) like a professional. The manager (without being asked) offered to refund the cost of our meal for the long wait. It was unnecessary but a nice gesture that was appreciated. Be nice people. The world does not revolve around you!

They are really busy and need more staff, food is on point, just give yourself a few extra minutes. Worth the wait. I will return.

The order taker was the most helpful and friendly person. Food was good. Lots of available seating, dining room seemed larger than most Panera. I would have liked to see more of those tables cleaned and ready for guests although we did arrive after a busy lunch rush.

Had the creamy tomato soup and grilled cheese. Oh SO good. And the croutons are heaven. Selection of teas is awesome. Friend had the broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl. It seemed a bit "salty" for to me when I tasted it. But I am not a fan of cheese soups
