Wendy's

I'd give them zero stars if it let me. Pulled into the drive thru at 8:42pm and they said they where closed even though there were cars in line and their website and doors say 10pm. Guy on the speaker said "We're closed, we already have a full compliment of orders" because that's a reason to not serve a paying customer.... This isn't the first time we've had issues with this Wendy's. Just cemented the fact that we'll never use it again.

THIS WAS THE WORST FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Please do not waste your money at this poorly run inconsiderate establishment. Wendy's new slogan endorses hot and always fresh french fries.... this establishment does not support or follow that marketing strategy. Neither do the have fresh beef burger patties,the burger patties were severely over cooked and dehydrated. Terrible burgers, terrible fries... What are you selling bread, old chicken and flat soda? The only reason this sorry excuse of an establishment received one star from my personal experience is because I could not post about the terrible experience otherwise. To anyone reading this please save your money and valuable time in avoiding this monstrosity of poor service.

Was here on 1/28/22. Dining room was closed so had to use drive thru. There were 6 cars ahead of me. It took 36 minutes to get food. This is the 3rd time in a row at a 3rd separate location that it has been this slow! To make it worse, the fries were cold and half full! If it takes this long you'd figure the fries would be fresh. I'm done wirh Wendy's

Usually really great, but whoever was working there on 6/15 at 5:20pm manning the 2nd window giving out the food. She needs to get talked to cause she could not care less, didnt give me any straws or spoons for the THREE drink/frosts I got and forgot 2 other things off my relatively very easy order. Wasnt too friendly and was careless so whoever was working day shift on 6/15 yall need to step it up cause that is still a job and u better be doing the job right. Have some pride in Yourself, not even where u work just have some flippin self pride to do a job better.
