Food is good. Customer service can definitely be improved. Workers have been rude while ordering, which isn’t very great.

I was going to mark this place down to 4 stars because IT IS and always HAS BEEN EXPENSIVE (ridiculously!) But everything is always awesome and tasty! The kids jump up and down to go here, and what can I say! It's capitalism baby! I just only take my daughter here twice a year vs every other weekend (if a cup of frozen yogurt were $6 vs $10)
But it's a big town and if every patent visits twice a year that explains why they're still in business! (But not expanding)
So 5 stars quality here!

My sandwich was cold, they made me wait to grab my pick up order until they were done helping 5 other guests and my sandwich was sitting on their counter getting cold, found a hair in my sandwich.

The very expressive 6inch sandwich no drinks and cookies cost 9.59 What i its better to make my own sandwich ,rude crew specially the girls manager they did not considered ,i have bad experience in this stores.

Food is good but the customer service is horrible. The staff move like zombies. They ignore any form of compliment or basic human communication outside of what I'd like on a sandwich. On many occasions I've had to repeat what topping I wanted because they either dont listen or start talking to someone in the middle of my order and ignore me. I've always been polite and just figured everyone was having a bad day but after multiple visits and still no change in service I will take my business elseware.

This is easily the worst subway in Moses Lake out of the 4 or 5 here. All of the employees are rude and spend their entire time talking among eachother in the middle of orders which also takes them 10x longer to make all of the orders. The employee Mayce seems like shes going to have a hard time when her power trip with the masks is over and they are no longer mandatory. A shame to be so rude to people when there is an entire other subway across the street lol

Rudy, and any other relevant manager. I am a Dasher and I visited this store to pick up an order.... For maybe the sixth time. And TODAY they decided to tell me I need to bring my red bag in. Never have I had to before. Because of this I had to lose the order. I choose not to bring my bag in so that it reduces contamination. I will never accept an order at your restaurants again.
