Dunkin'

Manager is a loud Latina who likes to yell, and treat customers like there less then her. Horrible social skills. If you ask her for her name she will be sassy, confrontational, and rude about it. Needless to say I can't tell you her name, because she refused to tell me, and refused to give me a recipt, on purpose. I have been to this location over 25 times, and every time it has a brand new Young employee, that doesn't know their job too well. Turnover rate at this location is frequent. Hopefully this rude manager gets the proper reprimanding she clearly needs.

Rude customer service. Rude employees. Different prices than what is on display. Do not have half the items and you can hear them laughing while ordering. Customer service is not hard, but here it is. This is 10 in the morning with two extremely rude ladies (Saturday) if anyone working there cares to figure out who actually was there today. They also just tossed in all the donated together on top of one another, no separation, the frosting went everywhere and isn’t that a good looking vanilla? Pay a bunch 29 for that?

Customer service was good, employees were nice however my food smelled and tasted like chemicals. It sounds crazy but it had a a bleach like scent and the taste was just off. My coffee also had a strange taste to it but it was more of a stale taste. Not sure if it's the preservatives or what but it weirded me out and I didn't finish my food or coffee just in case.

The girl that took my order in the drive thru was very rude to me when i asked to repeat my order. I asked because last time the same two girls messed up my order. She had too much pride to simply repeat the order to make sure my order was correct. She wouldn't tell me her name or give me a supervisor. I will let corporate know and make it heard everywhere i possibly can. Dunkin should look into drug testing both those girls, specially the one with a lot of tattoos(refused to give me her name). Im not lying when I say she looked like she just missed her crack for the day and that's why she was angry. Seriously talking, 100 percent drug test them, that's not normal the way she acted and the way she looked. Maybe she was having a bad day but still no reason to treat customer this way. So disappointed that i didn't take my coffee and left.
