The service I received was truly AMAZING! Kiya was very patience, professional and courteous. She exemplified a beautiful spirit and a BIG SMILE. I was truly impressed with her professionalism that I complimented her and told her manager that she was a true asset to have working with the public. The food was made to order, it was fresh and delicious! I don't eat fast food often, but when I am in the mood, I will return to this location. I recommend this location.

I got the Supreme chicken tender combo. The chicken is small so they gave me 5 tenders instead of the titled 4. Not sure if it was supposed to come with a biscuit as well but I asked for fries. Drive thru was quick and friendly.

We went on Sunday at 5:30. No biscuits, no wings, no legs.
I don't know if it was a supply issue or they didn't want to cook more 4 or 5 hours before closing.
The chicken we settled for was good.

Always hot and delicious. My kids love their breakfast even for dinner. I tried their fried chicken and it was disgusting. It doesn't compare to other restaurant chains with fried chicken but their breakfast is the BEST!!

The menu in the drive-thru didn't quite match the one online, but once we figured that out and placed the order everything was great. The box is so cool, and definitely the biggest to-go box I've ever seen. All the sauces and forks and napkins necessary were provided in the box too, so it made for an easy trip back to our hotel. The staff was friendly and the food was good. 4 Stars from me, my first time at Bojangles!

Quick and friendly service, my food wasn't as fresh as I prefer. It was lukewarm and my biscuit was hard and not fresh. A much different experience from what I am used to from bojangles. The 3 is for the speed and friendliness of service.

Had a pretty weird and not so great experience here recently.
My order contained stale and non fresh food and when I came back to the restaurant to get my order remade I just got laughed at by the employees as of it was an inside joke that they just reheated the stale food. I was then forced to pull up when there was no one in the line. and it took them an even longer time to make the food the second time. the customer service was very poor.

I love this Bojangles location. The chicken was delicious, the green beans was mouthwatering good, and the biscuit was wonderful. The service was excellent as well. Very friendly staff!
