I ordered right at the beginning of lunch around 10:35. Food was remarkably HOT and Quickly prepared even by me ordering a plain burger that had to come off the grill. The lady that packed the food clearly did it with consideration that everything was neat. Food was Great. I will definitely visit this Wendy’s again and liked the great customer service

I was in the Drive-Thru line to pick up an Uber Eats order, because their lobby apparently is never open. And I honestly only took the order because it was an excellent order I never do Wendy's orders because it takes too long to get through their drive-thru any Wendy's. So when I finally got to the microphone and finally someone spoke to me and I told her what order I was there for she goes oh we don't have that order. I could hear someone in the background telling her what to say so I could only assume it was a manager. They will never have to worry about me coming through their drive-through to pick up another order for anybody. On personal note I don't eat at Wendy's.

I was there to pick up an Uber Eats order. The young woman and she finally got around to coming on the mic and asking me what I wanted said we don't have that order before I can barely get it out of my mouth. I could hear someone in the background telling her what to say I assumed it was a manager. So I contacted the customer and told the customer then I contacted Uber eat and put in a formal complaint. Oh and Uber each tried to call the store but imagine this nobody would answer the phone. I don't need it Wendy's except maybe once every 5 years of baked potato. But I promise you I will not be picking up any orders for Uber eats or door dash at Wendy's ever again. The lines are ridiculously long none of the lobbies are open and the employees and managers are just as rude as rude can be and it's in every city and every town. Not just this one they're just all alike.

went thru drive-thru 05/8/22 whom ever were taking orders(guy) had the worse attitude when taking my order. what employees need to understand you wont have a job unless it was for your customers. i understand most places are short staff but thats no excuse for a nasty attitude!!! cancelled order n drove off, called back n talked to Eric said he was the mgr and informed him on my concerns n attitude on employee whom taking orders in drive thru. Eric said he was going to address it. If I could give a 0 star I would. His attitude was unacceptable and uncalled for. if you not happy with your job, go get another one!!! Candice

Everything about this visit was horrible. The food quality was beyond subpar and they missed items I paid for. I understand why 3 cars were at this Wendy's and 30 cars were directly across the street at Chic Fil A

Always slow now a days and never take debit or cash. Either one or the other is down and they don’t tell u until you get to the window. Super slow. Sit for 30 min and get turned down. Insane how nothing has been done about that. Stopped going as of today fasure.

The guy that works morning shift at the drive thru needs to work on his attitude. I got a refund on the food that I purchased due to him having an attitude when I asked a question. Not a good look for the company!
