Urban Table

Great atmosphere, service and food. Definitely got the urban vibe. The menu was I teresting, the food came quickly and was very well prepared and presented. I had the urban trio with a wedge salad, French onion soup and a braised short rib slider. The slider was tender and really full of flavor with just enough horse radish. The soup could have had more cheese, I missed having to break through the cheese crust, but it was delicious.

Atmosphere was very nice and our server was very knowledgeable about the menu in her suggestions. Great recommendation on the buffalo sauce meatballs which were excellent. The group of 9 I was with were also impressed with the dinner and service. I had the strip steak which was cooked how I had asked and was flavorful. Others had the crab cakes, shrimp tacos, and a burger that I saw. Not rated 5 stars only because the manager wouldn't put put tables together so my party could all be at one table. Said that it would be a fire code violation but many other restaurants have done it for their customers. The manager did bring out 2 spinach and artichoke dip apps in his apology which was a nice and appreciative gesture. I recommend this place and will be going back.

Beautifully decorated restaurant serving fine American cuisine from a compact and well-thought-out menu. The dining room is large, spacious and elegant. Service is efficient and friendly. The location is excellent - right by The Green in the center of historic Morristown. If the weather is good, it's very pleasant to sit outside and watch the passers-by. Highly recommended for an elegant and reasonably-priced dining experience.

The food here is excellent, most of it healthy although you can probably find something not healthy if you try, and the ingredients and preparation are first class. It's a bit pricey, but not incredibly so. Given that the quality of the food, the service, and the atmosphere are excellent, it's painless. Some of their sodas are basically just seltzer water with a distant flavor, but their selection of mainstream beverages and beers is very good. Last time we had Jimmy for our server and he was super.

Good food, good ambiance and great service. Frozen cider (check ingredients!) was very refreshing. Spicy calamari was very delicious with enough kick to it. Our server was super nice and very attentive. Especially in summer, when u can sit at the patio, it is a great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner
