We tried Bubble Fish for the first time at the Suncrest location on Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at 8:30pm and it was amazing. We both got regular sized custom poke bowls and they prepared our ordered correctly the first time. They even have complimentary infused water which was refreshing. The portion size was spot on and the taste was awesome. Pictured below is my very own custom poke bowl which included brown rice as my base. For my max of 4 veggies I got edamame, cucumber, pineapple, and avocado. My protein was Spicy Tuna (off the hook). For my max of 2 sauces I got yum yum and teriyaki sauce. And to top it all off I got wonton crisps and cilantro (max of 3). This custom bowl worked great together. If you decide to follow this custom bowl let me know what you thought and how you would change it up. I'm always game to try something different. We will definitely be back for sure and highly recommend Bubble Fish if you haven't tried it yet and looking for a different place to eat in Morgantown, WV. Enjoy!

A good place to get poke. Poke is my favorite food to eat. I almost gave this place 4 stars but then decided to give 5 because the ingredients are good (though not the best) and the rice and sauces were ok. It could definitely use some improvement, especially with the amount of fish for the price (u barely get any fish, too much rice to fish ratio) Still in general I would still recommend this place but hope they improve their ingredients and potion sizes.

It was my first time ordering from bubble fish and I got a poke bowl with tofu. It was really good! I went with the signature one but you can build your own. The tofu was soft/cold so don’t expect fried tofu, but I really liked it! The ingredients were really fresh and I really liked the seaweed and the sweet sauce. I also got yum yum sauce on the side I dipped the tofu in. I want to try their bubble tea next time.

If I were solely reviewing the food I would give BF a 5/5. Unfortunately I've had several bad experiences with their management. I was flat out ignored at the downtown location while speaking to a gentleman behind the counter. I don't mind waiting any amount of time for food but I've never been met with crickets, repeatedly, by someone 3 feet in front of me that I'm speaking to. And no they weren't deaf because they answered me angrily after my 4th attempt to get their attention. It was honestly the most bizarre customer service experience I've ever had. At the Suncrest location I watched as the clearly new cashier was being rudely berated by her manager right in front of me and other customers. I wish I had stood up for her and informed the manager how absurd the interaction was and that it was a really poor reflection of the business. I've worked in the food service industry for years. I have all the patience and understanding in the world. And honestly, I never write bad reviews. But both of these interactions were beyond anything I've ever experienced in a restaurant before. I really hope whoever is running Bubble Fish can get their act together and start treating customers and employees with more respect. That said, the food is good and I've never had any problems whatsoever with the lower level employees. Not sure if I'll be back though.
