Hire more workers or discuss with current ones the value of being FAST food. I waited 15 minutes and no one even talked to me or took my order. Left without ordering. Others here were experiencing the same and waiting a long time for their food after ordering. If can’t keep up make changes as this is called fast food. Not happy with the service and will go elsewhere for better service.

Will never eat here again. I went in 2 weeks ago on Friday. Was the only person in the restaurant, 3 employees decided it was better to discuss their days with each other instead of taking my order, this was for a solid 3 minutes, until one of the workers spent 30 seconds at the front registers digging in her nose to adjust her nose ring(in front of a customer), and then went directly to serving food at the drive thru without washing her hands, I left as quickly as I could.

Filthy dirty, the floor is so sticky your shoes stuck to it throughout. The tables were all sticky and had noticable filth. Worse yet we're the bathrooms. The women's bathroom had no toilet paper, paper towels and the the 2 toilets were soiled in feces. No automatic sinks, soap dispensers or hand dryers. The workers had a real hard time figuring in a coupon and then said the fries only come in one size. I seen 4 employees and none were actively cleaning, cooking or keying in our in store order as well as a drive up order.

I went for food for my family (4 of us) n ended up waiting over 30 min. There was no one there other than one other vehicle n no one inside. After we got our drinks we sat for 15 min then asked to move to the numbered spots, and sat another 15 some min. The food finally comes n I asked what was going on. The dark haired chunky guy with make up on n the tall blonde kid were super nice, but gave no explanation. The order was correct but, cold n our drinks were water by then. Im not really mad but, after waiting for so long I'd hope they would have given us new fries atleast...this is not the first bad experience but nothing was ever done by the mgr the times,so I'm leaving this as a complaint...
