I ordered a drink using my stars and another order using more stars with a hot sandwich. When picking up the order, the barista said there was only the latter part of the order and not the first part, a free drink using 150 stars. This barista needs to learn how to read orders for the same name. I was already on the phone with customer service. The only thing wrong - well, her inability to read properly or pair orders for the same party. Pay attention.

Decent version of the franchise. Staff always seem to be happy and friendly, and the service is reasonably fast. Seating is all of the wood variety, so don't expect to be able to lay back in comfort.
First time back in several years (thanks to Covid). Still really friendly and efficient.

Edit: changing my review to 5*, the team way better yesterday. Way better.
1* Guy made me feel awkward ordering my drinks. I asked triple shot expresso cause I wanted the caffeine, gives me a weird look. I wanted a cover for my pink drink, and they didn't carry any sleeves for me to cover.
