Taco Bell

I tried to call twice first time it rang and rang and rang eventually they picked up and hung up second time I called it just rang and rang and rang. I called 1024ish. I wanted to let you know that. My order was wrong I got the Chipotle cheddar chalupa one steak one chicken a soft taco and Sierra mist . Oh and a steak casarito both Chalupas are ground beef. It's good to know I paid extra for something I didn't get. Is this how business is down you don't answer calls to avoid complaints?

Ordered the meal that contains 3 taco supremes and a drink. One taco had absolutely no meat in it none of them had tomatoes or sour cream. When I took them inside the manager act like he did not care and was very hateful about remaking them. When he did remake them for some reason he put them together in a strange order putting the tomatoes on the bottom. They have no customer service indefinitely no class....

Staff is nice, food usually consistent. My one complaint is with the tiny cheese container for the nachos. Not only is it too small its not even half full. Its not enough even when i try to use it sparingly i cant make it last thru all the chips. I get we need to save where we can but for cripes sake id pay a little more to get enough friggin nacho cheese. Please serve enough cheese next time or im switching to taco casa, they always give enough cheese.

Had an unpleasant experience tonight! Very dissatisfied after dealing with the night shift. First of all a hard taco is nowhere near a quesa chalupa second of all a steak both should come in a steak Bowl not on a piece of paper man in a box. Then when we returned to get it corrected we're told the stuff in a box on a piece of paper was the steak bowl and that they aren't replacing it. I proceeded to ask if the crunchy taco i received was a quesa chalupa which they were willing to correct that part of the order. They had horrible customer service skills. We were then asked if we needed anything else because we stayed in the Drive-Thru to check the corrected order that they couldn't get right the first time. I apologize if I come off a little rude but I feel like orders that exceed $30 should be taking a little bit more serious. I also thought that writing this bad review would make me feel a little bit better in a little bit Justified over the whole situation but it doesn't so I'm going to proceed to contact corporate and let them know about the situation that occurred tonight. I have one last thing to say and that's if you don't like your job quit because the customers shouldn't have to suffer over it we ordered some food we wanted to eat it's not our fault that y'all didn't get right we should have caught attitude over happened to come back and correct in order that should have been right the first time.
