Whataburger

This is my favorite location in the metro for their sense of urgency and overall atmosphere. As a Texan, walking in and hearing “god blessed Texas” over the radio, seeing a full dining room during peak hours and a busy, friendly staff at the helm makes all the difference. I will wait a long time for good food made correctly, especially if the staff is staying calm and collaborative under pressure. True to Whataburger culture; the team is doing a great job. Make backup Teas for the rush though

This is what whataburger is about great quality service honestly not naming any names but some other whataburgers need to use you as an example! -update went here again at July 7th at 4pm and it's now 5 my drinks were wrong my car interior is soaked because my order was wrong I didn't get the ketchup like I asked literally everything was wrong, and extremely slow. You guys were still very kind but this was unbelievably sub par as I write this at now 5:10 I still haven't got my patty melt meal. And they just asked me to pull forward and see my receipt which means they cleared the screens to save time and in doing so forgot what I had. At 5:15 I got my order and they forgot all the ketchup. I'm beyond frustrated. When I come back I hope it's not like this ever again. Update: literally that line, no matter time of day is what your gonna see enjoy that hour wait

The young man at drive thru lacked human skills. The food was cold throwed togethered. And waited in drive thru like 45 minutes. I have picts to show manager. Me and my husband were very disappointed. No onions at all 1 chunk of lettuce. Plus my patty was folder on the end. I work very hard for my money. And 15 bucks for 2 burgers is alot to me. The boy at drive thru never said thank you. Will be a very long time before we go back if ever. They use to have awsome food and service. That's long gone!!!

Great idea for a worker to walk the VERY long drive through lane...BAD idea to only take single occupant vehicles for this. Orders mixed up...lost and confused delivery of orders. Poor usage of available manpower. SAD After nearly 45 minutes in line and almost $40. 2 of 4 orders wrong! 1 burger was meat and bun only! Onion rings taste like fish and jalapeño drips (or something) on a Pattie Melt!
