Bleu Bean Cafe

We came in at 11:20 with a group of about 10-12 people, the staff were very friendly at first but we ended up waiting for an hour for our meals to be delivered and there was no communication from anyone or updates letting us know our food was coming. We understand that staff may have been scarce, but simple communication would have gone a long way, we should have been told when we were ordering that there was a long wait. When we addressed our frustration with staff and asked if we could be compensated some how, we were told no. The food itself was fantastic, the coffee was perfect. However the fact we had no communication was extremely frustrating. I can also see from the replies from this business, that you seem to care more about making your point valid than actually listening to your customers reviews and feedback.

The owners should check the definition of 'hospitality' because there was none here. No welcome, no pleasantly, no chat, (I was one of 5 in the rest). The food was was terrible, said salmon/pork crackling, no cracking no comment. The waitress sat on the stool on her phone. I spent $34 on brekky, just me, it was terrible.
