Mcdonald's

We had an issue with our order and the person I was with made a big deal of it, but the kid named Logan really handled it well without getting frustrated, and he made everything right. Really happy with the service in that regard as at other places things don't always go so smoothly. Other than that, the food was fine-- as expected-- and the building looks clean. Location is good and the line wasn't long like some locations.

Superb McDonald's. The food is almost always fresh, correct, and fast. The morning and lunch crews have their act together. You can tell that employees care about their work and the customers. Even during the rush they rarely slow or make mistakes. Easily one of the best McDonald's locations in the state of Michigan. The employees also seem to be following guidelines regarding Covid-19. I'm so pleased with their efforts going all the way back to April. This is how you stay open during a pandemic. I applaud all involved. Well done.

I go to this McDonalds often because it's the closest to my house. They do a really good job here Consistently however they are human and make mistakes. Today our 3 iced teas we ordered were wrong. We order 3 different teas. 1 sweet, 1 unsweetened, and 1 unsweetened add 12 splenda because of diabetes so we have to special order. We didn't have time to switch them out due to an appointment so I called and spoke w the manager and she was EXTREMELY NICE AND HELPFUL and put our name down to b able to come back and get them for the mistake. If I wouldn't of had a mistake last week also I'd be giving this restaurant 5 stars. They do a good job and ACTUALLY TRY TO DO A GOOD JOB AND THAT'S WHAT I LOOK FOR. AT LEAST TRY, IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE YA KNOW. SO THANK YOU MONTROSE MCDONALDS FOR THE CONSISTENT GOOD SERVICE
