Roxy's Diner

Ordered 5 fish dinners and a side of shrimp for $73 (excluding tip) for takeout. Took the food home and it was cold, fries were burnt, and the coleslaw had a off putting smell like it was rancid or on the verge of being rancid. Fries were not portioned correctly. Some meal boxes had barely anything. Compared to other restaurants, the price we paid, for the quality and quantity of the food we received, was absolutely pathetic. I called the business and spoke with a woman who was very dismissive over everything. I asked for a refund and she advised that they do not do refunds. She said that I could come back and they will make me new fries or I can get 10% off for my next order. A complete slap in the face. I sent a Facebook message to the business along with a picture of the meals, which I received an apology and was told they were willing to refund me for 2 out of the 5 meals. Everything but the Shrimp, Cottage Cheese, and Garlic bread was basically inedible. I have frequented this place for many years and never had any major issues until now...
