First time i ever had Jamba juice, wanted to order a pineapple mixture, but was unavailable. So i ordered a strawberry one, i didn't like it it was very bland no real favor. My husband ordered a mango mixture now that one was very tasty.

I hardly ever post reviews. I ordered online because I know how long they take to do one simple drink, I got there 30 minutes after I ordered and I still had to wait another 20 minutes, while I'm waiting they didn't bother to let me know they were out of a certain fruit until the end, so I had to settle for something else I didn't even want. Another thing, they only have one blender working.

I was just at this location.. around 6:30pm. There was only two young workers that kept processing orders but never acknowledged any of the customers that walked in. I was in line for like 20-30mins and they never turned to say anything. The line kept getting bigger and bigger and people started leaving. We eventually had to leave too. Bad customer service.. I know they're young but they should be better trained to know what to do in situations like this.

Not the best Jamba to go to, their kinda slow and take their time. My drink sat there for like 10 minutes while my other friends smoothie hadn’t been started since the other girls left the new girl to fend for herself with a big line. Not the best Jamba vibes thank you!
Oh and the toaster was broken so I couldn’t get a waffle and my friend couldn’t get a pretzel but others were able to order one toasted. It was weird vibes

This place never disappoints! I usually order on the Jamba App and go and pick up my drink. The smoothies are always fresh and great tasting.

If ur going to pick up any Jamba then u should call ur order in cuz there are just 2 people & sometimes there's a random rush of customers depending on time w/ Elac college a Blick away as for Jamba baristas they are knowledgeable, honest, quick, & make some good smoothies, etc...

I’ve ordered twice from here and both times they were out of key ingredients and the drinks were bland. Dissatisfied. Not coming back here.

Finally this place got new management , it was great to visit this location for once and actually be greeted, it smelled fresh, employees seems happy and were friendly . Not sure the name of the guy who runs this store but he was the one who rang me up and he was a breath of fresh air, very helpful and even helped me get the perfect drink. I haven’t been here in a while because of the service and cleanliness but defiantly will be coming more often if it stays this way.
