Generic products but consitently good. Fresh baked breads, creative combos. No big surprises but no big disappointments either. Great to get a bite to eat on the run, or on the road.

Disappointing. roast beef sandwich was removed from menu, for a sandwich shop, really?, then the staff just could not understand I did not want green-mealy looking tomatoes on my veggie sandwich nor on my other 2 sammys I was buying even after saying over and over "that's the bottom last 5 tomato slices, please get new for my sandwiches". I can tell you my veggie wasn't good and the tomatoes were as awful as they looked. I am a repeat customer to this Monroe franchise but had repeated issues with them and now I won't be back.

The only good thing was the cookies. I asked the man making my sub to get fresh vegetables as they were nearing the bottom of the bin. He assured mE they were fresh. They were not. Cucumbers and tomatoes tasted rancid. Ten dollars for a foot long. There is a Wawa two minutes away on Applegarth Rd with better quality meat and I’ve never had any problems with fresh veggies.

I don't eat many subs but they have the best oatmeal raisin cookies. I have never had an issue with the workers and have been to this location many times.

Bad attitude 😒. Poor customer services. I was there to get sandwiches and asking them what types of bread they have instead of telling me. She just point 👉. There was another customer an Indian descent just pickup the fight for them using fowl and racial languages and the store manager was just looking. I will never go to that store again. Very nasty people.

I have eaten here 3 times and each time the amount of salt on the sandwiches are out of control. The last time my tomatoes were more green than red and it seems they've cut back on the amount of actual meat put on. Sad for a shop that has so much competition now.
