Dunkin'

Love this dunkin. Needed a coffee search nearest dunkin with app. Did a mobile order with drive up pick up service. Pick up service was smooth, app walked me thru procedure. My coffees were perfectly made! I was so happy because mine usually is incorrect at most Dunkins even with a mobile order. Very happy will go there again when in the area.

Worst Dunkin ever! They barely get the order right. They put my espresso shot in another drink and put so much liquid sugar in that you can't drink it. If I order a coffee with Hazelnut they automatically put my espresso shot in that drink. Wrong drink! Also put cream in instead of milk. I order a large they give a medium instead and told me to bad. I get treated like I'm wrong and inconveniencing them. I WANT WHAT I PAID FOR! Many times I have gone back and proved it. I'm done! You shouldn't have to constantly go back in and fight to get what you ordered!

Update: this place for the past 6 months Continues to disappoint. I ordered ahead today at 8:30 and when we walked in they said they didn't received the order. Then they realized they shut the system down and the order was now lost. Outside signs were off, inside TVs were off. They remade it but clearly they were trying to close early. As the system came back on 2 more orders came in. It looks like the white lady was the only one working taking care of customers and cleaning. The other lady was just talking on her phone. 🤦‍♂️ This was October 8th, 2020 8:30pm Online order is always ready on time. Staff is pretty good depending who's working. Location is always clean. Parking lot can be a bit congested sometimes.

This dunkin donuts is a clean, friendly place. Hardly any wait time & donuts were fresh & tasty. I personally do not care for their coffee, but love there colatta's & fruit drinks. Tables are very small, so if more than two people in your party would have to sit at another table. Restrooms were clean, but could be a bit more cleaned. Handicapped parking & wheelchair accessible ramp into store.
